No. Most people come solo, and partners rotate throughout class so everyone gets a chance to dance.

Not even a little. Every lesson starts from the basics and builds one step at a time — everyone starts somewhere, and this floor is built for exactly that. Arriving nervous is normal; most people leave smiling, a little more confident, and with at least one new friend.

Only if you want to — boots are welcome, never required. Clean sneakers, dance shoes, and smooth-soled boots all work well; skip flip-flops, heavy work boots, and grippy high-traction soles. The full rundown is inBefore Your First Class.

Singles, couples, and whole friend groups all show up — and all fit right in. Coming alone is genuinely common; the rotation means you’re never left standing at the edge.

Weekly Rhinestone nights and Dance Fest are all-ages. Guests under 16 must have a parent or guardian present.

You’re welcome to take a few minutes to settle in and watch — but we’ll warmly encourage you to join. It’s easier than it looks from the sideline, and a lot more fun from the floor.

Everyone on this floor should feel safe, respected, and welcome. In practice that means: be kind, respect your partners, mind floor etiquette, ask before trying advanced moves with someone, support beginners, and have fun.

Yes. Spare Time Greenville has a full food and drink menu, and Rhinestone has a dedicated bartender. Guests must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol.

All three nights are at Spare Time Greenville, and each has its own shape:

Every Monday, 6:30–10:30 p.m. — three lessons beginning at 7 p.m. and mixed in through 8:30 p.m.
Third Friday of the month, 6:30–11:30 p.m. — one lesson at 7 p.m., then social dancing late.
Third Sunday of the month, 6:30–10:30 p.m. — social dancing only, no lesson.

Every night is $5 per person, whatever it includes — Monday’s three lessons, Friday’s single lesson, or Sunday’s social-only dancing. Pay at the door with cash, card, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.

Cancellations and schedule changes are posted to our social accounts, and emailed to registered participants whenever possible.

For weekly line dancing, if you didn’t have a good experience, speak with Kière and she’ll be happy to discuss a refund. Dance Fest passes may be transferred, but are nonrefundable unless Rhinestone cancels the event.
